Note: This feature has been designed to assist users of the 1024 Ivo Server, where there is no option to print directly from the server, but it can, of course, be accessed in all users' Ivo.
First step is to make sure you have your email address entered in your personal settings in Ivo.
To do so, go to the Help & Support tab > click on the My Preferences button on the Toolbar > Enter your email address (if not already there) under the 'Staff Settings for <username>'.
To send a file to yourself from Ivo via email, please follow the step by step guide below for instructions on how to do so;
- Go to the Help & Support tab at the top left corner of the Ivo window.
- Click on the 'Email a file to myself' button on the Toolbar. This will open the file location window.
- From the folder location drop-down list, select the location of the file
. - Select the file you wish to email to yourself.
- Click 'Open' at the bottom right hand corner of the window.
You should see a message that the email is being sent to your email address.
