May 2023 Update - General Improvements

This update adds a range of smaller improvements and various bug fixes.

View other staff clients in the Manage Clients screen

This is the main new feature in this update. For the past few years Ivo Administrators have had the ability to quickly view other staff clients in the Manage Clients screen simply by search for the staff member.   This new option enables any staff member to automatically see the client list of other staff whenever they access the Manage Clients screen.   This is great for managers and team leaders, or small teams that often work with each other's clients.

The 'Expand Other Staff Clients' sets whether the list of other staff clients is automatically expanded when the Manage Clients screen is first opened -

Speed improvements when loading file notes

These will be most noticeable in organisations with large databases and/or when loading the "All File Notes" tab for a client.

New "All Attachments" tab in Manage Clients screen

This tab shows all attachments for all file notes and activities. If the client has a lot of attachments, use the "Text filter" field to search for a keyword to quickly find the one you are looking for.

Added "Audit Trail" button to Administration toolbar

The March update included new tabs to view the audit actions for individual entities and activities. This allows Ivo Administrators to view all audit action records.

New "File Note Action Type" field

This field can be used to categorise file notes according to the type of action taken.  It can be configured for specific combinations of activity and funding.

The field is switched off by default. It can be configured in the Administration\Pick Lists screen -

Right-click menu option to email an individual attachment to yourself

This option will work anywhere attachments are listed.

DEX: Added settings to treat 'Homeless Indicator' and 'NDIS Eligibility' as mandatory

Added "Email Results to Myself" button to the Browse Data toolbar

Additional auditor settings

Can open file notes - allows an auditor to open file notes in a separate window (provides more room to read the note)

Can open attachments - allows an auditor to open attachments
