Using the "Format" column in the Browse Data function, you are able to control how the data is displayed in the results.
The most common form of data to format in this way is dates.
Date Formats
d | The day of the month. Only displays the digits required. eg. "1-Jan-2023" or "20-Jan-2023" |
dd | The day of the month. Always displays two digits. eg. "01-Jan-2023" |
m | The month, displayed as numbers. Only displays the digits required. eg. "1/1/2023" |
mm | The month, displayed as numbers. Always displays two digits. eg. "1/01/2023" |
mmm | The month, displayed as its three letter abbreviation. eg. "1-Jan-2023" |
mmmm | The month, displayed as its full name. eg. "1-January-2023" |
yy | The year, displayed as two digits. eg. "1-Jan-23" |
yyyy | The year, displayed as four digits. eg. "1-Jan-2023" |
