Provide DEX configuration file to 1024

Before you can successfully upload your data from Ivo to the DEX, Ivo needs to be configured with your organisations outlet/s and program information.
To do this, you will need to obtain the 'Organisation Data File' from the DEX portal.
First you will need to log in using your MyGovID profile.


1.   On the Home page you will need to click on the 'Reference Data' link.

2.   Click the 'Download Organisation Data File' link to download the file to your computer.

You will need to email this file to support@1024.com.au.
Please be aware that you will need to have previously set up your organisations outlet activities, so the data file contains the correct information for configuring Ivo. If you have not done so already, please read this DEX documentation on how to manage your outlets activities in DEX.
