DEX Report

Updated DEX report to use updated Gender options

Per the recent update to the DEX that allows for a couple of additional genders to be selected, most notably the "Non binary" option, Ivo has now been updated to support this. However, because the DEX gender options are still very limited, it has been implemented in such a way as to allow your organisation to use whatever genders you wish in Ivo and then choose the most appropriate option to report that gender to the DEX.  

That is to say, your organisation could have separate gender options in Ivo for say "non binary", and "transgender", and set them to report both in the DEX as "non binary", being the most appropriate choice from the DEX options. 

Another scenario could be to add options of "Transgender male" and "Transgender female" in Ivo, and have them be reported as "male" and "female" respectively.

The reason you might do this is so that you can at least be collecting the more detailed information regarding your clients, even though at this stage you can't report it.

You can add new and edit existing genders in the Administration\Pick Lists screen -

Consolidated DEX Report Options Window

Previously when saving the DEX report to a file, a number of individual questions were displayed one after the other. There is now a single window with all relevant options on it.

Additionally, the DEX report can be emailed to multiple recipients and there is the option to include all the settings that were used in generating the report (switched on by default), as well as the basic information of the report - number of clients, cases, sessions, and assessments.

Provides tools to analyse a generated DEX file, including the settings used and the basic information of the report - number of clients, cases, sessions, and assessments.  You can also view the full XML contents of the file.

QDAP Report

Updated QDAP report to use updated Gender options

The QDAP report has also been updated to enable better gender reporting. See the above section regarding gender reporting in the DEX report.

Changes to adding new staff member

When adding a new staff member, additional information is now required. This provides us with all the information we require to create new accounts on the 1024 Ivo server and reduce the amount of emails back-and-forwards regarding licensing.
