WARNING
These steps involve editing the Windows "Registry" which is the central place where the Windows operating system stores ALL settings related to the operation of your computer. A mistake made in the registry has the potential to significantly affect your computer. We recommend that you have your IT or 1024 make this change.
NOTE: As this issue is a problem with the computer and not the 1024 Ivo server or software, we consider this billable if 1024 makes this change on your behalf.
Step 1
Press Win + R and then type in “regedit” to open the Registry Editor.
Step 2
Navigate to: Computer > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control > Terminal Server.
Right-click the blank space and then choose New > DWORD (32-bit) Value.
Step 3
Rename the newly created value as KeepAliveEnable.
Step 4
Double-click the newly created value and set its value data to 1. Then click OK.
