How to set a staff member as an Ivo Administrator

To make a staff member an Ivo Administrator, simply change the "Privilege Level" setting here -



There can be as many Ivo administrators as desired, but we recommend keeping it to a minimum. 

Please do note that Ivo administrators can (this is not an exhaustive list) -
  • add new staff to Ivo
  • make other staff an Ivo administrator
  • delete Entity and Activity records
  • run the "Check Data" function for all staff
